The Cultivating Roots Community Garden was established in 2014 and was “taken over” by WHOLE Harbor in 2020. Located at 357 Oak St in Aberdeen, it provides garden space for Housing Authority residents and volunteers under the guidance of Garden Coordinator, Joshua Francy (and his enthusiastic assistant!)
